Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: May 30, 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how your subscription works, how billing and renewals occur, and how you can cancel. This policy applies only to subscription products and services. For information about refunds and one-time purchases, please see our Refund Policy.
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the terms described below, as well as our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Overview
Your subscription begins with a 7-day trial. If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew at the monthly subscription price shown at checkout (currently $29.99 per month) until you cancel.
2. Trial & First Charge
-
Your trial lasts for 7 days starting from the date and time you complete your subscription sign-up.
-
You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.
-
If you do not cancel before the end of your trial, we will automatically charge the monthly subscription price shown at checkout (currently $29.99), plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method on file and begin your paid monthly subscription.
-
To avoid being charged the first monthly subscription fee, you must cancel before the end of your 7-day trial using one of the valid cancellation methods listed below.
3. Ongoing Monthly Billing & Auto-Renewal
After your trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew every month at the then-current monthly subscription price until you cancel.
-
You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file each billing cycle for the subscription amount due, plus any applicable taxes.
-
Your billing date is typically the same day of the month as the date your paid subscription begins, unless adjusted by our systems (for example, for months with fewer days).
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure we can process your request, you must cancel using one of the following methods:
When you contact us to cancel, please include:
-
Your full name
-
The email address associated with your account
-
Any other information we may reasonably need to locate your subscription
We will process your cancellation request within a reasonable time after we receive it.
Valid Methods of Cancellation
To protect both you and us, we cannot process cancellation requests submitted through other channels, including but not limited to:
-
Social media messages or comments
-
Messages to other email addresses not listed above
-
Messages sent through unrelated support channels or third-party platforms
Only cancellation requests made via the email option listed above will be considered valid.
5. Effect of Cancellation (No Proration or Partial Refunds)
When you cancel your subscription:
-
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
-
You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of that billing period.
-
You will not receive a refund or credit for any portion of the billing period remaining at the time you cancel, except where required by law.
Canceling your subscription stops future subscription charges only. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges that have already been processed. For more information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Effect of Cancellation on Entries or Benefits
If your subscription includes ongoing benefits (such as entries, rewards, or other perks):
-
Canceling your subscription will stop the future accrual of subscription benefits as of the effective date of cancellation.
-
Any entries or benefits already granted to you before the effective date of cancellation will remain in effect and will continue to be governed by our official rules and Terms of Service.
-
Cancellation does not retroactively remove entries or benefits already earned.
7. Payment Methods, Failed Charges & Reduced-Amount Recovery Attempts
You are responsible for keeping your payment method and billing information current.
-
If we are unable to process a subscription payment using the payment method on file, you authorize us to retry your payment method for the original subscription amount, plus any applicable taxes, or, at our discretion, for a reduced amount in an attempt to keep your subscription active.
-
A reduced recovery charge may be lower than your regular subscription price and may be offered or attempted as a courtesy after a failed billing attempt. Unless we notify you otherwise, any reduced recovery charge does not permanently change your regular monthly subscription price for future billing cycles. Your subscription may continue to renew at the then-current monthly subscription price unless canceled.
-
We may attempt to reprocess the charge using the same payment method on file or an updated payment method you provide.
-
We may, at our discretion, suspend or limit your access to subscription benefits until payment is successfully processed.
-
If we are unable to collect payment over a reasonable period, we may terminate or cancel your subscription.
8. Changes to Subscription and Pricing
We may change the subscription terms or the subscription price from time to time.
-
Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only and will not retroactively affect charges already incurred.
-
If we change the subscription price, we will provide you with advance notice (for example, by email and/or by posting an update on our website).
-
Unless otherwise stated in the notice, the new price will take effect starting on your next billing date after the change becomes effective.
If you do not agree to a subscription or price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect by following the cancellation process described in this policy.
9. Our Right to Suspend or Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, including but not limited to the following situations:
-
If we believe you have violated our Terms of Service or other applicable policies
-
If we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services
-
If we are unable to collect payment for your subscription
If we terminate your subscription for cause (such as fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms), you may not be entitled to a refund or credit for amounts already paid, except where required by law.
10. Timing & System Records
For purposes of applying this Cancellation Policy—including whether a cancellation occurs before the end of a trial or before a renewal date—our systems’ records, time zone, and timestamps will be considered final and controlling.
If there is any discrepancy between your records and ours regarding the timing of a cancellation request, our records will generally control, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Relationship to Refund Policy & Terms of Service
This Cancellation Policy forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.
This policy should be read together with our Refund Policy, which explains how we handle refunds, one-time purchases, and other payment-related matters.
12. Updates to This Cancellation Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, subscription offerings, or legal requirements.
-
Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
-
Changes will apply to future subscription periods and will not retroactively alter rights or obligations related to past periods, except where required by law.
If you continue to maintain a subscription after any changes to this Cancellation Policy become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated policy.
